Our Services
We offer a range of services in the African American Genealogical Research industry, helping individuals trace their ancestry and discover their roots.
Research Advisory
We offer Two (2)-hour virtual (online) Research Advisory sessions. Our researchers will guide you to where you can find the necessary documents, records, and information for your research project.
Family Tree Consultation
Our Family Tree Consultation service will review the research that you have done. Our researchers will review all of the records and documents that you have attached to ensure that the correct records have been attached to the correct people.
What's the 411?
FULL RESEARCH SERVICE
Our research is charged in Ten (10) hour blocks
We will send you a written report that includes all of the digital records, documents, and resources used to prove your ancestral lineages. Alternative, we can also record a 1-hour session as an alternative (included in the 10-hour research block)
We charge $40 per hour per research block (total $400). This includes your written report OR your 1 hour research reveal video session.
This service includes building a family tree.
RESEARCH CONSULTANCY
We offer a Two (2) hours research project advisory session. Our researchers will arrange a virtual (online) call with you to advise you on the types of records, documents, and other resources you will need to find and access to research your African American lineage - and where to find these resources.
The fee for this service is $75 per hour (total $150).
FAMILY TREE CONSULTANCY
Each research consultancy session, which is delivered virtually (online), lasts Four (4) hours. This service includes reviewing a client's family tree and the records/documents a client + a recorded virtual (online) meeting to discuss the findings.
The fee for this service is $75 per hour (total $300).

Professional genealogy research services can easily cost thousands of Dollars. We could easily charge far more for our services than we do.
So why are our fees so affordable? Discovering your African American family history is a fundamentally empowering experience. We are committed to removing the financial barriers that would prevent many African Americans from discovering the amazing people we descend from.
